This program helps you find out early if you may be pregnant so you can get the care and support you need. Early pregnancy care is important for both you and your baby's health.

Important Health Information

Pregnancy tests are very accurate when used correctly. You should contact a healthcare provider if you:

  • - Have a positive result
  • - Miss your period but test negative
  • - Have abdominal pain or unusual symptoms
  • - Need medical advice
If you believe you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Understanding Your Results

Positive Result

This means the test detected pregnancy hormones.

​- Schedule prenatal care
​- Report your result on the portal
​You may also receive support from Meridian's MomCare Connect program.

Negative Result

This means pregnancy hormones were not detected.
​If you still think you might be pregnant: - Wait a few days and test again
- Contact your healthcare provider

Invalid Result

If the test does not work properly: 
​Use another test if available or request a new kit.

Yes. There is no cost to eligible Meridian members.

You are allowed to order up to 5 free tests per year. Each order contains 1 test kit.

Most orders are shipped within 3 days of approval. Kits will arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days.

Your kit is shipped in discreet packaging and delivered to you via USPS or similar service.

Unfortunately, this program is only available for eligible Meridian members. You cannot order test kits for someone else.

Yes. We follow strict privacy and security protocols. Your health information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and all applicable regulations. Your test result is only shared with you, your primary care provider and your health plan
