This program helps you find out early if you may be pregnant so you can get the care and support you need. Early pregnancy care is important for both you and your baby's health.

Complete the secure form to request your pregnancy test kit.

Step 2
Receive Your Kit at Home
Your kit will arrive in discreet packaging with instructions.

Step 3
Report your Results
Log into the secure portal to report your result.

Important Health Information
Pregnancy tests are very accurate when used correctly. You should contact a healthcare provider if you:

- - Miss your period but test negative
- - Have abdominal pain or unusual symptoms
- - Need medical advice
Understanding Your Results

Positive Result
This means the test detected pregnancy hormones.
Next steps:

- Schedule prenatal care

Negative Result
This means pregnancy hormones were not detected.
If you still think you might be pregnant: - Wait a few days and test again
- Contact your healthcare provider

Invalid Result
If the test does not work properly:
Use another test if available or request a new kit.
